Rise & Flow
This 60-minute class is designed to ease the early morning zoomies with soothing breath-work, and provide a focused, relaxed foundation to build your day on. Transitions between asanas (poses) are slow, and the poses themselves are grounding and energizing. Grab a complimentary cup of coffee and a healthy snack to go after class.
Power Lunch
Step away from your daily grind to ground and release. This upbeat 45 minute yoga class is designed to provide a grounded, head-clearing boost of energy on your lunch hour. Healthy grab-and-go protein snacks are available after class.
Sunset Sequence
Let today go and set yourself up to seize tomorrow. This slow-paced but challenging 60 minute class intends to help students find a calmer, more grounded state after a hyper day. Breath work and asanas are intended to quiet a chatty mind and settle a rushed nervous system. Students are invited to remain in Savasana longer than usual to allow deeper integration and relaxation before bedtime.
Weekend Warrior
Join this fun 60 minute class then go crush your Saturday, babes. This not-too-early-morning sequence is designed to lift your mood and nurture a strong foundation ahead of your busy (or totally lazy) weekend. Poses challenge students to flow and pulse to an upbeat soundtrack providing a boost of grounded, natural energy.
Power Brunch
Before the mimosas at Sunny’s start flowing, come flow with us. This 60 minute sequence is a mood-boosting pick me up designed to challenge and energize. If you can’t make our 10 am Weekend Warrior class, this is the same sequence.
Late Shift
A slightly later class for those who can’t make our Sunset Sequence.
Downshift and ground mid-week with this slow, strong 60 minute class intended to wring out tension in the body, invite deep restorative breath, and bring students into a more grounded state.
Just like our Sunset Sequence, students are invited to remain in Savasana longer than usual to allow deeper integration and relaxation before bedtime.
